Robert Baron

Since 1995 Robert has led over 1,000 searches across the North American real estate industry. Robert holds a BA from the University of Western Ontario, an MBA from the University of Toronto and the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. He was a trustee of NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT for 14 years where he served as chair of the Compensation and Governance Committee. Recognized as an industry expert, Robert has made presentations across North America including Harvard’s Real Estate Academic Initiative, NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate, Columbia’s Masters in Real Estate Program and Wharton’s Real Estate Alumni.

Angie Laframboise

Angie has over 15 years focused recruiting executives in the real estate industry in Canada and the US. Her experience covers the real estate life cycle, including finance, acquisitions, development, property management, leasing, asset management and corporate real estate. Angie holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from the University of Windsor. She is an active participant in industry events presented by industry associations such as NAIOP, ICSC, ULI, TCREW, and CoreNet.
